Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. As long as your order has not yet shipped and falls within the allowed cancellation period, we can assist with order cancellation upon request.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Reason Code A: Wrong item received
  • Reason Code B: Damaged or defective item
  • Reason Code C: Product quality issue verified by our support team.

Please note that items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and opened or used products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping  Fee

If the return is caused by the consumer, for returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable once collected by local customs authorities.

Opened or Installed Products
Products that have been installed, used, damaged during installation, or are no longer in resalable condition may not be eligible for return.

Lost Packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered, but the customer cannot locate it, customers should first contact local carriers and neighbors. We will assist in investigating the shipment but cannot guarantee refunds for confirmed delivered packages.
